We have resolved issues regarding our Print-on-Demand publishing offerings. Unfortunately, that meant using two providers one based in the UK and one in the US.

Performance size scores are available only through Lulu.com, although they are printed globally. Prices are based in Pounds Sterling.

Study scores will be available in a variety of outlets online, but will be priced in the local currency based on a US Dollar price. They will be printed and shipped from the US.
